Foresight capacity does not happen by itself. To enable its clients to have the competence most adapted to their needs, proGective has identified four points for action:

the identification of needs in terms of foresight capacity

assistance in the recruitment of foresight specialists: job description, desired profile, analysis of CVs, motivation interviews, suggestions

staff training through in-house training seminars (concepts, methods, practice), the establishment of an external training programme, case study examples and personal coaching

a regular audit of existing competencies to establish what is missing in relation to the position, the needs of employees and the measurement of progress.
